In this position, you will rent and maintain our residential and commercial properties as well as research potential real estate development avenues.
The ideal candidate must be people-oriented, driven, and extremely organized.

Duties and Responsibilities Review all tenant applications and screen prospective tenants Collect rent, taxes, and any other charges assessed by all tenants Complete lease renewals for all properties Maintain accounting of all properties Develop cost-saving methods Prepare property status reports Implement marketing strategies for rentable properties Manage tenant issues including maintenance and disputes Work closely with Controller and Real Estate Developer Communicate with Owner regarding overall function of properties Ensure excellent customer service to both prospective and current tenants Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong computer skills Good working knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks Experience with Real Estate laws and regulations Knowledge of real estate market conditions Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible BONUSES available based on occupancies, completion of projects, etc.
