We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables - Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items - Assist with taking reservations and managing waitlists - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency - Monitor dining areas to ensure all guests are receiving proper service - Assist with food service duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a guest services or customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus - Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is beneficial - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
