We are seeking an administrative assistant 40 hours a week to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the lead Listing and Buyer agents in all aspects of real estate marketing and sales including email and calendar management, listing and database management, customer support, and overseeing the administrative systems and operations of our team.
Superpowers required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills High-level organization and accuracy Excellent time-management skills Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Tech/ program savvy-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Insightful in implementing and improving systems for the team Self-directed individual, that thrives in a fast-paced environment Experience preferred 1-3 years in an administrative role Experience in real estate or title services Hourly:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
