The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, be a motivated self-starter, professional and accountable with the ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines.
Excellent client communication skills are essential.
Applicant should have a proven work history experience in probate administration and/or estate planning.
Job Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable talking to clients while showing patience, compassion, and empathy Ability to edit and proofread documents Drafting legal correspondence Establish and organize legal files Familiarity with NH e-file system Familiarity with NH Probate Court forms (Experience with MA probate a plus) Familiarity with trusts, wills and powers of attorney documents Extremely organized Manage Attorney Calendars Administrative duties as assigned Experience using Legal Software Clio a plus, but not required Salary commensurate with experience.
Maximum of 35 hours per week This is not a remote position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
