Job Description:
In-Process and Final inspections of Thermal, Night Vision, Fused, Laser Aiming and Range Finding systems.
Essential Functions:
oResponsible for in-process and final inspection of L3Harris products oPerform visual inspections of electrical components and assemblies using magnifiers, microscopes, and other non-complex tools oAble to follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules and departmental instructions oReview of documentation (route sheets, test sheets, and logbooks, etc.
) oPerforms accurate data and record keeping oCommunicate findings through NCMR process for immediate action oSupport Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement oPerform basic computer activities oPerform internal Calibration, Chemical, Work Instruction and Process audits oParticipate in meetings and working groups to solve problems, communicate issues, obtain approvals, and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new requirements or policies oAll other duties as assigned Basic
Qualifications:
oHigh School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years related experience or 2 years post- Secondary/Associates Degree with a 0 to 2 years prior related experience.

oIPC-A-610 Certification oStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills combined with meticulous recordkeeping practices oAbility to work with multiple disciplines from Operations, Engineering and Management oExceptional attention to detail oFamiliarity with ISO 9001 standards and practices oAn understanding of electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies oComputer skills oMust be able to perform light physical activities such as lifting and unpacking boxes, turning dials and knobs, opening and closing latches and covers oAble to work independently with minimal supervision oDependable attendance history and overtime as required The salary range for this role is $33,500 - $66,500.
