Job Description:
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on optical, electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
Works from work instructions, and uses hand and/or power tools.
Makes electrical continuity checks on work in process and completed systems.

Responsibilities:
oApply English language skills to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
oAssemble mechanical, optical or electrical components and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements oContinuously perform visual inspections of materials for defects and conducts any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assembly.
oReport deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conducts quality inspection at specified intervals oMay assemble parts primarily using soldering techniques oPerform accurate data and record keeping oMaintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures oApply basic math skills to add and subtract two digit numbers.
Ability to perform these operations using units of weight, measurement, volume, and distance oWork with RTV and epoxy oCultivate a culture that assures effective cross functional team work oPerform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures oDemonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values oConsistently at work and on-time oParticipate in a variety of meetings, committees and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve issues and maintains specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies oAll other duties as assigned Basic
Qualifications:
oRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
The salary range for this role is $33,700 - $51,500.
This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
