Auto Detailer Manager
Auto Auction of New England, Inc, a family-owned business serving New England for over 25 years, is seeking an experienced Reconditioning Manager to join our team.
This person must be detail orientated, self-motivated, able to multi-task, be a good leader and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of auto detailers to ensure work is done efficiently at the quality our customers expect Hire, train, discipline team members Know how to perform the different level of details and best approaches including decal removals Teach best techniques to team members Create, process and complete work orders Communicate with customers Maintain and keep all reconditioning equipment in good order Complete and update human resource paperwork for team members as needed Have safety as a high priority Any other auction functions as assigned Requirements:
Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record Friendly and customer service focused Able to multi task and work under pressure Can-do, positive attitude Recommended Skills Friendliness Human Resources Multitasking Positive Attitude Service Orientation Stress Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
