Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager must manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Perform analysis of- and stay up to date with customer research and current market conditions.
Determine and manage the marketing budget and develop & maintain relationships with key industry, media, tradeshow, and advertising personnel.
Must develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
The Marketing Manager must oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, catalogs, tradeshows, marketing materials and events and manage social media related activities.
Manage the company website with up-to-date content and monitor, review and report all marketing activities and results.
Must support sales team with marketing and training materials for customer visits.
The Marketing Manager must manage Google Ad and Google Analytics, assist with employee events and communication, and interact with global group companies.
Determine and manage the marketing budget and develop & maintain relationships with key industry, media, tradeshow, and advertising personnel.
Research, support, and join relevant professional groups and memberships.
Qualifications:
The Marketing Manager must have a Degree in Business or marketing or equivalent professional qualification.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
Must come from a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing background.
Must have MRP or ERP experience.
It is desired that the Marketing Manager can maintain and launch websites, CRM.
Experience in a global business a plus Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be willing to travel 10 to 15% in US and occasionally, international.
