Accelerating growth means that we need to add another property manager to our condominium management team.
The top skills required include problem solving, communication, and strong organization/detail management skills.
Understanding of financial statements is also highly valued.
Full training from the ground up will be provided for the right candidate.

Our next Property Manager likely will have a business management and customer service background, ideally with experience in real estate and/or possibly construction.
Background experience in condominium association management or real estate is a bonus.
While business management skills are important, this individual must enjoy working with people and be capable of managing challenging projects and clients.
Equally, this individual needs to be a fast learning problem solver.
Initially, the new position would support our current property management staff with projects and meetings to allow hands-on training.
The first few months would be a training/orientation experience to understand New Star's culture and processes, as well as the mechanics of association management.
With support, the new manager would eventually be assigned their own community portfolio.
Responsibilities of a Property Manager In general, property managers oversee the maintenance and business needs of their condominium association, which can include:
Contract and Bid Management Work Order Management in tandem with our in-house maintenance team Budgetary Planning - Preparing annual budgets and reviewing monthly financials with your boards with support from our in-house accounting team Facility Inspections Community Compliance Management Board Meeting Management and Prep An Ideal Skill Set Includes:
