Pay Rate:
$20-23/hour Temporary (6 months with possible extension) IN-OFFICE for first 3 months during training, with option to work hybrid thereafter Hours:

30am-5pm What's a typical day as a Collections Representative? You'll be:
Managing accounts receivables aging including researching payments, preparing and updating aging reports and reviewing with regional sales managers and sales representatives.
Releasing sales orders based upon evaluation of account history and company established credit policy.
Making collection calls for past due invoices on accounts.
Preparing and sending invoice copies and other correspondence to customers and sales representatives to assist in collection of account balances.
Preparing, printing and reviewing statements and statement holds monthly.
Submitting credit requests for sales tax, freight, pricing and write off as required to obtain payment and/or account resolution.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education, training and related experience.
Minimum of 5 years accounts receivable/collections experience Experience with SAP / ERP.
Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, primarily Excel.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently within deadlines.
Ability to work courteously and tactfully with customers, sales representatives and employees.
