The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for facilitating a variety of HR processes and programs with a focus on continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities HR Administration and Reporting Activities:
Maintain HRIS records and employee files including, but not limited to, entering new hires, job changes and terminations in ADP Workforce Now system Primary liaison for weekly payroll processing between timecard approvers and Payroll Manager.
Provide data for government required reporting Process unemployment claims, wage garnishment requests and provide direction for employment verifications Contribute to ongoing deployment of ADP manager and self-service function as well as other web-based programs Monitor labor law posting requirements and ensure compliance Occasional travel to the Dartmouth, MA production facility Periodic attendance for off-shift events Other duties as assigned Talent Acquisition and Retention:
Assist in scheduling interviews, phone screens, reference/background checks and drug screens Prepare candidate correspondence, offer packages and onboarding communications Support the execution of recruitment and other HR events, including but not limited to scheduling, inviting and attending such events and providing feedback for future events Assist with new hire onboarding to ensure positive and welcoming experience Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, compensation, policies and procedures Ensure accurate and timely benefit enrollments through ADP self-service Coordinate administration of disability programs Serve as liaison for rewards and recognition program and coordinate company engagement activities Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 2-4 years working in a Human Resources department Previous HRIS experience Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Self-motivated and strong ability to work independently.
Emotional maturity and judgment to handle confidential information.
Positive attitude and high level of commitment to job duties.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience using ADP WorkforceNow Exposure to analytics tools Prior work in manufacturing environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
