Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk - Register patients and verify their insurance information - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department - Collect co-pays and payments for services rendered - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Assist with insurance verification and claims processing - Provide administrative support to staff as needed Skills:
- Proficient in dental terminology, coding - Knowledge of dental office procedures and practices - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using office software and electronic medical record systems This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, has excellent customer service skills, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a medical or dental office setting.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
