Job Description:
Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Fully proficient support individual contributors. Works under limited supervision. May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise. Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment. Nature of Supervision:
Works with close supervision on routine tasks. Detailed instructions are provided and close peer review is required. Communication and Influence:
Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement. May be a resource to other employees in areas of proficiency. Innovation and Complexity:
Work consists of tasks that are routine Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Follow established processes to complete tasks Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution. Organization Impact:
Works to achieve operational targets within the job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities. Education and
Experience:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.Must Have:
