The Customer Success Engineer is responsible for applying their product knowledge and skills toward the customers effective use of our Online products. The ultimate objective is to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and response when issues arise.
You will also be expected to:
manage customer escalations
coordinate with tech support and engineering for successful resolution of issues.
This role requires Strong oral and written communication skills and exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to figure out how things should work, and to identify problems and trends.
Strong computer skills with applications for Microsoft Windows
Experience with business applications, and data conversion/integration
A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work
Desire to learn new things
Experienced with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Strong understanding of relational databases and TSQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Azure, MySQL and Oracle databases
Experience with Marketo, ExactTarget and Silverpop Marketing automation applications
Adept knowledge of data migration, integration and replication
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and all Microsoft Office applications

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
