The Guest Services/Front Desk Representative at the Sleep Inn, Londonderry NH, will provide prompt and efficient check-in and check-out for our guests and promotes customer service through a working knowledge of all hospitality services. He or she ensures guest satisfaction by acting as the main point-of-contact for all guest requirements and requests throughout the period of stay.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of previous hotel/hospitality or customer service experience. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
