PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS:
In conjunction with the Director of Regulatory, advise the executive team on regulatory matters regarding the labeling and marketing of dietary supplements.
Serve as an outward-facing communicator to industry, working in support of corporate goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations and policies enforced by the Federal, State and Foreign governments as they relate to dietary supplements.
Assist the Director of Regulatory Affairs in establishing procedures to assure compliance with these requirements.
Responsible for reviewing dietary supplement product labels and labeling including marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
Keeping current with industry changes relating to advertising and promotion, being familiar with new Guidance's for Industry.
Manage Regulatory projects and product

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
